   我是一个外来的泾川人，刚来泾川时，曾被泾川的绿感动--真不愧时绿化第一县。但是同时给我留下深刻映像的是这里的街道卫生，太差了，尤其是所谓的“夜市”太脏了，政府就不能固定一个场所作为小吃一条街吗？再有就是现在正在建的“新景小区”的对面的那一排平房，它位于主街道上，说要拆掉可是又不拆，其中那几间没门的现在成了公共厕所，里面满地都是大小便、臭气冲天，行人无不掩鼻。请有关部门管一管，要拆就赶紧拆掉，要不拆就把门堵起来，因为现在正值夏季污染环境不说，也影响咱们泾川的形象。还有，有关部门能不能管一管养狗的人，那些狗在外面到处乱拉屎，小区里到处是狗屎，不小心就踩一脚，而且有些人没有爱心，不想养了就把狗丢在大街上，那些流浪狗脏兮兮的到处乱窜，说不上还会传染疾病。希望有关部门能限制居民养狗，或者向大城市一样给狗办户口。希望有关部门能给予重视我所提的意见，因为这不仅关系泾川的形象问题，而且还关系到我们每个人的健康。
