这是骗子利用新技术，将自己号码在你的手机上显示成你朋友的号码来电，进而取得你的信任，从中进行诈骗．

CCTV.com消息(新闻联播1月5日播出)：听到手机响，看到熟悉的来电号码，接起来电话却是陌生人的声音，如果今后遇到这样的情况，您可要格外小心了。因为这有可能是一种利用手机进行诈骗的新招数。

　　打开互联网，可以发现多家网站都在销售一种号称可以任意修改手机来电显示号码的软件。

　　记者：修改手机号码的软件。

　　工作人员：对。

　　记者：是什么号码都能修改么？

　　工作人员：都可以，除了110、119的特殊号码，普通的固定电话和手机号都可以显示

　　这位工作人员随后还演示了这种软件的效果，记者要求对方在自己手机上显示一个广州的固定电话号码，不到一分钟，记者的手机上果然就显示出一个020开头的号码。之后，记者又要求显示自己一位同事的手机号码，也很快就实现了。

　　记者：这个就是你打出来的，那你是用什么电话打的？

　　工作人员：我就是用我自己的手机打的。

　　记者了解到，就在不久前，北京朝阳区警方接到报案，犯罪嫌疑人利用修改来电显示号码的手段，将市民王先生的三万元钱骗走。据通讯专家介绍，这实际是利用了网络IP电话技术上的一个漏洞。

　　北京邮电大学网络与交换国家实验室副教授林宇：在网关上，它并没有对电话终端送来的主叫号码的信息进行认证，很可能做了一个简单的处理，就把这个信息直接传递到了程控交换机，并最终显示到了被叫手机上。

　　警务专家提醒，对这种修改来电号码行为公众应当格外注意。同时，专家还建议部分智能手机用户，可以安装一种叫做信安易卫士的手机防火墙软件。
